The FNV-320 is a heavy-duty V-type split air-cooled condenser engineered specifically for outdoor rooftop installations on commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and cold storage plants. Delivering a nominal 105.6 kW heat dissipation capacity across an expansive 320 m² heat transfer surface, it maintains stable condensing pressures for systems utilizing R407C, R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 refrigerants under demanding outdoor ambient conditions.

Rooftop cooling equipment frequently encounters severe thermal loads and solar radiation during peak ambient temperatures, leading to elevated head pressure, compressor overheating, and system shutdowns. The FNV-320 resolves these high-ambient challenges through a 4×17 multi-circuit copper tube layout and three heavy-duty φ600 mm axial fan motors, generating a powerful total air volume of 29400 m³/h. Operating at 3×780 W, these fans accelerate heat removal while optimizing system energy efficiency.

Constructed with seamless inner-grooved copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-density corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-320 guarantees high thermal conductivity and long service life. Every unit undergoes 3.0 MPa pneumatic pressure tightness testing in water tanks prior to dispatch to ensure zero refrigerant leakage under high operating pressures. Its heavy-duty frame is finished with electrostatic powder coating to withstand weather exposure, UV radiation, and atmospheric corrosion.
