This instrument determines the impact mass and energy when plastic film and sheet samples are damaged, making it ideal for food packaging QS certification and quality control applications.
Application Scope
This instrument is suitable for testing plastic films and thin sheets with thickness less than 1mm, and materials with a breaking mass range of 0.05~2kg.
Testing Principle
Under specified conditions, the instrument uses Method A to determine the mass of the falling body where the number of damaged samples reaches 50%.
