Falling Ball Impact Test Machine Plastic Films Falling Dart Impact Tester
Product Overview
This precision testing instrument evaluates the impact resistance of various materials including plastics, ceramics, acrylic, glass fibers, and coated surfaces using controlled falling ball impact methodology.
Operating Principle
The machine utilizes DC electromagnetic control technology. The steel ball is positioned beneath the magnetic chuck, where it is automatically secured. Upon activation, the chuck instantaneously releases the ball, allowing it to free-fall and impact the specimen surface. Drop height is precisely adjustable with altitude scale measurement, while various ball weights enable comprehensive impact testing across different material specifications.
