Equipment Application
This machine is designed for torsion (twisting) testing of over-ear headphones. The testing process involves securing one earpiece on a fixture while fixing the headband to a support frame. Users can set the desired twist angle and rotation speed, and the machine runs the test for a specified number of cycles. After completion, the headphones are removed to evaluate the performance of the rotating joints.
