Laboratory Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine
Hydraulic Rubber Plate Vulcanization Press Machine for precision rubber testing and production applications.
Product Overview
In rubber processing, the table press is called a flat vulcanization machine. Key parameters include nominal tonnage, pressure plate size, working stroke, and plunger diameter, which determine the area, height, and thickness capabilities of molded products, as well as achievable molding pressure.

Molding Process & Applications
Molds are categorized into three structural types: overflow, non-overflow, and semi-overflow, with semi-overflow being the most commonly used. The complete process includes:
- Feeding and mold closing
- Exhaust and curing processes
- Demolding and mold cleaning
- Placement of embedded parts before feeding when required
Primary controlled process conditions are pressure, mold temperature, and molding time. This method is essential for producing rubber model products such as gaskets, shock absorbers, rubber rings, and plates.
Machine Features
- High-performance oil pressure system for smooth operation
- High precision compression clearance with wear-resistant guide pillars
- Automatic pressure compensation with preset timing
- Taiwanese electric heating plates resistant to high temperature and corrosion
- Stainless steel surface coating for easy cleaning and maintenance
Operating Guidelines
- Do not exceed rated operating pressure
- Ensure mold size is not smaller than plunger diameter
- Center molds on hot plate and adjust pressure according to mold size
- Maintain clean electrical components and instruments
- Shut down immediately for maintenance if malfunctions occur
- Regular lubrication of column shafts and guide frames
