This 300KG Banbury mixer combines Taiwan technical drawings, advanced Chinese manufacturing technology, and imported core components to deliver an environmentally-friendly, high-efficiency mixing solution with excellent dispersion performance. Designed with user-friendly features for easy reloading and cleaning, it's widely recognized by factory laboratories, universities, and R&D institutions for recipe research and small-scale production.
The closed rubber mixer, commonly referred to as an internal mixer, is engineered for rubber molding and mixing applications. It features a pair of specially shaped rotors that rotate relative to each other, effectively plasticizing and mixing polymer materials in a sealed chamber with adjustable temperature and pressure control.
