Fabrication and Technical Standards
Construction Details
- Bedplate: Welded by superior U steel and high-quality steel plate.
- Mixing Chamber: "W" shape jacket structure, consisting of chamber body and side plates, all welded by superior steel plate through anneal treatment. Inner side walls are hard chromium coating up to 0.10mm thick, hardness around HRC50. Cavity of the jacket could pass through cooling water or heating steam. Plug-in type thermocouple fitted at bottom for monitoring compound temperature.
- Rotor Assembly: Made up of rotor shaft and rotor wing blades, both through anneal treatment. Rotor wing tips and shearing sides are processed and polished, first hard alloy welded, after polishing, hard chromium coating up to 0.10mm thick with whole working surfaces, hardness around HRC50. Rotor shaft is hollow structure with pre-made holes extending to hollow cavity of wing blades for forced cooling or heating. Dust stop system features inlay type alloy movable ring and fixed sealing ring for reliable performance and extra long service life.
- Frame: Welded by high-quality carbon constructional steel plate through vibration treatment.
- Main Air Cylinder: Inner side walls through fine polishing treatment to increase service life.
- Upper Ram: "M" shape jacket structure, welded by high-quality steel plate through anneal treatment and polish processing, hard chromium coating up to 0.10mm thick, hardness around HRC50. Features inlaid wear-resistant sealing strip made of bakelite resin. Jacket cavity could pass through cooling water or heating steam.
- Tilting Device: Mixing chamber tilting device driven by motorized worm & gears with self-locking function at any angle, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
- Main Motor: Installation dimension and power grade in line with international standards.
- Hard-tooth Gear Reducer: Made of 20CrMnTi low carbon alloy steel, through carburizing and quenching treatment, as well as gear grinding process.
