Structure And Operating Principle
Main Components
The main engine consists of four integrated parts: machine body, oil pump, control valve, and electrical control system.
  • Fuselage Components: Upper frame, lower frame, fuel tank, heating plate, oil cylinder, and plunger. The four uprights provide 25T tension and serve as guide rails for heating plate movement.
  • Oil Pump System: Utilizes hydraulic oil pumps imported from Taiwan, supplying oil to the cylinder through one-way valve control.
  • Control Valve Assembly: Comprises automatic drain valve on the hydraulic station and shock-resistant electric contact pressure gauge, controlling hot plate movement and other functions.
