Introduction
The 200 Ton Computer Servo Steel Pipe and Tube Bending Testing Machine is primarily used for testing the mechanical properties of metal and non-metal materials, including tensile strength, compression, and bending. With additional shear attachments, it can also perform shear testing. The machine is equipped with computers, printers, electronic extensometers, universal testing optical encoders, and specialized software to accurately determine mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, non-proportional extension strength, elongation, and modulus. The software enables checking and printing test results across six different curves and includes self-diagnostic functions to identify potential issues. This makes it an ideal testing equipment solution for industrial enterprises, research institutes, universities, and engineering quality supervision departments.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system operates by drawing oil from the tank through a filter screen into the pump. The oil is then transported through petroleum pipelines to the oil valve. When the hand wheel is turned to release oil, pressure pushes the piston, and oil returns to the tank via the return pipe. When the hand wheel is opened to receive oil, working fluid enters the tank through tubing, with pressure and return lines directing flow through the oil return valve back to the tank.
