Product Overview

The ZL-8013 High-Precision Sensor Bending and Compression Tester is specifically designed for compressive strength testing of building materials including brick, stone, cement, and concrete.

Control System

The system incorporates digital servo valves, high-precision sensors, controllers, and software to deliver exceptional control precision and reliability. Compliant with GB, ISO, ASTM, and other international standards for cement, mortar, and concrete materials testing requirements.

Hydraulic System

Hydraulic oil is driven by a high-pressure pump into the motor oil system, flowing through unidirectional valves, high-pressure filters, pressure valves, and servo valves into the cylinder. Computer control signals direct the servo valve to regulate flow direction and opening, enabling precise constant test force control.

Safety Protection

When test force exceeds 3% of maximum capacity, the system activates overload protection and automatically shuts down the oil pump motor.
