Primary Functions
This test machine is designed for testing flexible materials with large deformation characteristics, including rubber, plastics, leather, and similar materials. It performs comprehensive testing of tensile strength, tear resistance, adhesive strength, peel strength, and other mechanical properties. Equipped with large deformation extensometers for specialized specimen measurement, it is particularly suitable for testing materials with significant deformation characteristics.
Structural Design
The instrument consists of a pulling machine main body, fixtures, and movable high/low temperature components. The main body features imported digital AC servo systems and a high-rigidity frame structure. The high/low temperature chamber includes double insulated glass doors for easy test observation, with all-stainless steel frame and liner construction for both aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance.
