Application

Utilizing high-speed paddle vortex operation, this equipment rapidly mixes plastic particles and powders through high-speed rollover, collision, and friction that generates heat. This process enables rapid water evaporation from materials, which is exhausted through ventilation pipes to achieve drying. Within the first 15 minutes, materials with 8% water content can be reduced to 1% water content, with continuous operation gradually decreasing moisture levels.
