Falling Weight Impact Test Machine, Fall Dart Impact Tester for Plastic Rubber
Product Overview
This Plastic Film Drop Dart Impact Strength Test Equipment is designed for testing plastic film or chips with thickness less than 1mm. The equipment measures impact quality and energy when 50% of plastic film or chip samples are damaged by falling darts under controlled free-fall conditions.
Working Principle
Testing begins with method selection and estimation of initial mass and Δm value. If the first sample is damaged, the falling mass is reduced by Δm; if undamaged, the mass is increased by Δm. This iterative process continues until 20 samples are tested. The system calculates damage total N, and testing continues until N=10, with automatic calculation of impact results.
Compliance Standards
GB 9639, ASTM D1709, JIS K7124
Operation Procedure
System power → Select experimental method → Estimate initial impulse and Δm → Automatic calculation progress → Automatic end condition judgment → Test results display → Print test report → Test completion
