The Color Display Instrument, also known as an ink proofing machine, is an advanced automatic four-color system designed for precise color matching and proofing in printing applications. Available in both semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, our automatic display color instrument offers superior ease of operation and precise adjustment capabilities.
Product Applications
This ink proofing machine replicates printing press principles with adjustable pressure and wide substrate compatibility. It serves printing, packaging, and ink manufacturing industries by accurately predicting ink hue, displaying colors in approximately 2 minutes, and verifying color accuracy for exhibition materials. The system helps printers identify correct tonal values during prepress work, significantly reducing production time and material waste including paper, ink, cleaning supplies, labor, and electricity while improving spot color consistency.
