Equipment Description

The oven-type tape retention testing machine performs static load tests to determine tape adhesion properties. It automatically maintains load and temperature for specified durations, recording the time if the tape falls prematurely to confirm the adhesive limitations and hold time of the tape.

Main Features
  • Tests 1-inch wide tape strips affixed to SUS #304 stainless steel plates
  • Uses 2kg roller at 300mm per minute speed, rolling back and forth three times
  • Plates are hung on the test machine with specified weights
  • Automatic timer records retention time when tape falls from plate
