Battery Low Altitude Simulation Test Chamber With Digital Display Vacuum Gauge Control
This test chamber is designed to meet UL, EN, IEC and other standard test requirements. It rapidly achieves low-pressure storage conditions for samples, with automated test cycle control that monitors barometric pressure changes and automatically terminates tests.
The chamber simulates storage conditions where batteries and battery packs are stored for 6 hours at or below 11.6 kPa and ambient temperature of (20 ± 5)°C. Test criteria include no bleeding, no venting, no disintegration, no rupture, and no ignition. Each test battery must maintain at least 90% of its pre-test open circuit voltage after simulation.
