EN ISO19956 BS-5131 SATRA TM21 Heel Continuous Impact Tester
The ZL-7027 Heel Continuous Impact Tester evaluates the durability of female high-heeled and middle-heeled shoes by subjecting heels to repeated impacts at constant energy and frequency until failure occurs. This testing method determines the heel's withstand impact index and assesses overall heel quality and longevity.
Testing Principle
The heel is positioned with the tip upward and the shaft fixed upright on the tester's tray. A pendulum impact head delivers vertical impacts with constant energy (0.68J) until the heel cracks or reaches the predetermined number of impacts.
