The Leather Water Resistant Tester (Maeser Flexing Test) evaluates the dynamic water resistance of test materials by simulating real-world wearing conditions through mechanical flexing action.
Test specimens are mounted on the Maeser dynamic waterproof zigzag test machine with the surface facing outward. The specimens are partially immersed in water while undergoing continuous zigzag flexing motions that simulate actual wear conditions. The equipment measures either the number of test cycles or duration required to assess the material's dynamic water resistance performance.
Meets SATRA TM34, ASTM-D 2099, ALCA E56 and other relevant industry standards.
