Product Overview

The 500N Finished Shoe Flexing Tester is designed to evaluate the bending resistance of finished shoes, specifically French shoes in sizes 39 and 42 yards, and British shoes in sizes 6 and 8.

Testing Purpose

This equipment tests the resistance of finished shoes to bending by clamping the front of the shoe jaws (positioned at 1/3 of the shoe front palm, located at the shaft position). When activated, the motor drives a pulley system that rotates a plate to apply 30N of force to the shoe at a speed of 100 mm/min. The rotary shaft includes a decoder that senses the rotation angle and displays the value through the integrated display.
