Water Pressure Resistance Test Machine
The Water Pressure Resistance Testing Machine is designed to test water resistance properties of various materials including fiber, synthetic leather, leather, and wrapping paper. Testing is performed by averaging three measurements with at least one decimal point precision.
Test Methods
- Pressure Method: Water level rises at 1cm/sec speed; record water level height when specimen surface shows permeable water at three locations (Cm)
- Fixed Water Level Method: Water level rises to specific height at 1cm/sec speed then stops; record time until specimen surface shows permeable water at three locations (Sec)
- Leakage Method: Water level rises to fixed position (10cm) then stops; measure leakage amount within specified time (ml)
Applications
Used for testing leather performance in footwear, apparel, luggage, and handbag industries. Suitable for research laboratories, commodity inspection, arbitration, and technical supervision departments.
