1.Working principle
That is, the central control system amplifies the temperature and humidity signals collected from the box, converts them analog-to-digital, corrects them, and then compares them with the set values (target values) of temperature and humidity. The deviation signal is obtained through PID operation and outputs a regulation signal to automatically control the output of the heater/humidifier/compressor, achieving a dynamic balance in the loss of cold and hot air in the test chamber. The heating, cooling and constant temperature and humidity control of the studio are now being carried out.
2.Air supply mode
The air passage is designed on the rear side of the box interior. The stainless steel centrifugal fan is installed on the upper rear side of the box interior. The air is forced to supply air from the top and return air from the bottom through the guide louver at
the outlet of the fan volute for forced air circulation.
