Smoke and dust removal tower: mainly used for experimental processes to produce smoke that meets environmental requirements after being treated by the smoke and dust removal tower. Material: The entire body of the washing tower is made of PP material, and there are no metal components in the system, which has extremely high acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance; Circulating liquid layer: It can be filled with tap water or washing solution, and the washing solution has a better effect. In order to prevent the waste discharged from corroding the bottom of the washing tower; Air layer: The exhaust gas emitted during production or experimental processes that needs to be treated, connected to the air layer and inlet for waste to enter the air layer; Filling layer: The filling material of the washing tower adopts sea urchin shaped mesoporous balls made of PP material, with a multi toothed TELLERTT shape. The surface of the filling layer has a window for easy cleaning of the balls inside the filling layer. The main function of the filling layer is to disperse the exhaust gas in the air layer into dispersed waste, so that the exhaust gas can be fully cleaned in the spray layer; Spray layer: The sprinkler head in the spray layer adopts a 120 degree rotating unobstructed nozzle, covering an area. The spray layer has an independent window for checking the working condition of the sprinkler head; Anti fog layer: It can effectively filter impurities in the air and prevent water mist crystals in the exhaust gas from corroding the inner wall of the washing tower; Circulating pump: The circulating pump circulates the liquid in the circulating liquid layer through the sprinkler head, saving water.
