Description


The hot deformation Vicat temperature tester is suitable for testing the Vicat softening point temperature and hot deformation temperature of polymer materials. As an indicator for controlling quality and identifying the thermal properties of new varieties, the deformation sensor measures the deformation, the temperature controller sets the heating rate, and the sample holder automatically lifts and lowers. Three samples can be tested at once. The entire process of experimental operation is controlled by a PC, using an operating system platform, graphical software interface, flexible data processing methods, modular VB programming methods, and perfect user reports. Novel design, beautiful appearance, and high reliability. Compliant with GB/T 1633 "Determination of softening temperature (VST) of thermoplastic plastics", GB/T 1634 "Test method for temperature of thermal deformation under bending load of plastics", GB 8802 "Determination of Vicat softening temperature of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and fittings", as well as ISO75, ISO306
ISO 2507 and other standard requirements.
