• Y-type Structural Design: Featuring a unique dual-lip or triple-lip resilient cross-section, it provides excellent static and dynamic sealing performance, suitable for reciprocating motion shafts, end caps, and waterproof cable entry holes.
• Customizable Irregular Shapes: Not restricted by standard O-ring cross-sections, it can be formed into complex geometric structures such as trapezoidal, grooved, reinforced with skeleton, and multi-hardness co-extrusion.
• Surface Treatment: Default matte surface, with optional smooth molded surface, fine sandblasted finish, or self-lubricating coating to reduce installation friction.
• Reinforcement Options: Aromatic fiber, glass fiber, or metal skeleton can be added according to operating conditions to enhance pressure resistance and extrusion resistance.
