1. Preparation: Park excavator on flat ground, retract cylinders fully, turn off engine and release pressure. Remove locking components and clean thoroughly.
2. Removal of Old Bushings: Use hydraulic press or carefully tap with copper rod to remove worn bushings without deforming mounting holes.
3. Installation of New Bushings: Press new bushing vertically into place ensuring proper interference fit and flush positioning.
4. Clearance Finishing: Use reamer if needed to ensure proper matching clearance with pin shaft.
5. Lubrication and Reassembly: Apply high-temperature grease and reassemble components with proper locking mechanisms.
6. Inspection and Test Run: Check for smooth operation, test under low pressure, and confirm proper functionality.
