The main features of this tyre tread vulcanizing press
1. Two dual-action cylinders are adopted for fast mold open / close;
2. Provided with mass flow pre-fill valve;
3. Automatic mold forward / backward;
4. The machine is automatic and manual switching control, which can open mold and decline in the case of power failure.
5. Multiple options of layer number and tables;
6. Hydraulic pressure components and electrical equipments are imported or of local famous brand, to ensure reliable performance.

The machine has automatic pressure compensation, automatic exhaust, vulcanization digital display, automatic mold opening,etc. It can realize the automatic completion of a working cycle from "mould pull in - mould closing rising - automatic exhaust - vulcanization timing - mould opening falling - product pushing" The machine can stop automatically from mould closing to vulcanization pressure and carry out vulcanization timing at the same time.When the vulcanization time is reached, the alarm is automatically issued, and the auto-pressure compensation function is maintained during the pressure-holding vulcanization process
