1. Function

The open lab mixing mill is suitable for the mixing and kneading rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive, EVA, chemical medicine, ensure the dispersion of raw material and used for small test or small production.
2. Construction Features

(1) Labor mixing mill is designed for rubber the experimental precision machine, mainly consist of roller, rack, motor, reducer, security system, electric control system components.

(2) The rollers is using LTG-H chilled alloy cast iron material which surface hardness is HS68-72, long service life and internal-pass cooling water or steam. Roller temperature can be controlled to within ±2 degrees.

(3) In front and rear of the machine are equipped with 4 emergency stopping buttons and also in the mill base is equipped a Kick-style stop switch.

(4) With stock pan.

Test Before Delivery

In order to save time and cost for customers, we produced open lab mixing mill at the factory wires between the motor and the control cabinet already connected, the customer's only need to connect the wires to the outside the control cabinet. After lab mixing mill complete installation will have the load test 4-6 hours to reduce debugging time and cost.






Packaging

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
