Use

This production line is used to produce EPDM bonded washer, drilling wire gaskets, drilling screw gaskets, jointed gaskets, composite gaskets, aluminum EPDM adhesive sealing gaskets.

A simple pressure washer that provides a leak-proof seal for water, gas, oil and other fluids. EPDM rubber has vulcanized metals in galvanized mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Adhesive washers are a cost-effective solution for roof screw connection.

EPDM gasket is structurally composed of steel gasket and gasket made of EPDM monomer. It is a kind of synthetic weather-resistant durable rubber EPDM, which has high elasticity and stable consistency during pressing.
The advantages of using weather-resistant rubber EPDM as a gasket compared to simple rubber are indisputable:
EPDM rubber is very flexible and will not flow under pressure. As a result, the gasket will not be forced flat under the pressure washer.
EPDM rubber gaskets do not change their shape over a long period of time, thus ensuring perfect sealing.
Even when the roof screws are screwed in at an Angle, washers made of EPDM are significantly more suitable.
EPDM does not contain sulfur compounds and is therefore resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
EPDM rubber has the advantage that it will not pollute runoff rainwater.
EPDM has minimal temperature deformation and is at -40°C. Basic performance is maintained in a temperature range of +90°C. Even if the gasket freezes or overheats, its elasticity and flexibility will remain in its original form, as opposed to conventional rubber.
EPDM rubber gasket is firmly fixed on the steel gasket by vulcanization. The steel part of the washer is annular and slightly recessed, which allows the fastener to adhere firmly to the base surface without damaging the substrate.

This washer is designed to strengthen and seal the stationary unit. Adhesive washers are a cost-effective solution for roof screw connection. Most common areas of application - for the attachment of coils and sheets to external surfaces, such as roofing, work.
