1. Equipment of application: The machine is mainly used for plasticating and mixing of rubber and plastics.
2. The rubber viscosity≤ 80.
3. Power source: AC380, 50Hz; Production water pressure for 0.3~0.4MPa, air pressure for 0.6~0.8MPa.

Structure brief

1. Pressure on top materials adopted pneumatic switch.
2. The rotor are adopts two wings shear. Working edges parts are adopts alloy surfacing welding, rotor block of working parts for hard chrome plating, the inter rotor through water forced cooling or heating.
3. Mixed chamber adopts clip set of welding structure type, can be through the water for cooling or heating, mixer chamber of working surface adopt hard chrome plating. Mixing bottom with thermocouple temperature measure, refine in control.
4. The tilting discharging, unloading action by flip motor drives turbine worm provide motivation, electrical automatic control.
5. Reducer gear tooth surface of the hard.
6. Control parts adopts PLC, easy operation, can realize pinch of mixing mill action requires.
