This machine is mainly used for hot pressing and curing molding of carbon fiber prepregs, glass fiber composites, carbon fiber blended rubber and resin-based composite materials under high temperature and high pressure.

It can process various carbon fiber structural parts, carbon fiber sheets and carbon fiber-rubber composite seals. The equipment can effectively discharge internal air of materials, reduce defects such as air bubbles, delamination and material shortage, and ensure dimensional accuracy, flat surface and mechanical strength of finished products.

Main Applications

It is widely applied to manufacture sports equipment components, lightweight auto parts, UAV housings, medical carbon fiber panels, rail transit interior parts, marine composite accessories, electronic equipment casings and other products.

Features

1.The machine supports button-triggered automatic mold closing, automatic venting, automatic pressure compensation, vulcanization timing, automatic constant temperature, completion alarm and automatic mold opening functions.

2.The heating rate of hot plates is adjustable from 1℃/min to 5℃/min. It supports multi-stage temperature control and multi-stage pressure control, equipped with a servo hydraulic system.

3.The PLC can store process recipes, and recipe data can be exported and printed.
