Product Overview

This whole tire crusher is a specialized shredding machine developed for waste rubber tires. It can directly crush intact tires including passenger car tires, truck tires, trailer tires, engineering tires, and agricultural radial tires without manual dismantling or pre-cutting.

Adopting the dual-shaft shearing crushing principle and equipped with high-strength cutter sets, reinforced frame, and variable frequency control system, the machine enables continuous and automatic operation. It achieves preliminary separation of rubber and steel wires from crushed materials, serving as key equipment for tire recycling, solid waste disposal, and environmental-friendly resource utilization industries.

Through the tire shredding machine, tires are first processed into small blocks, then the crushing unit crushes and grinds the rubber blocks to obtain rubber granules. Through magnetic separation, screening, and conveying units, steel wire and rubber are completely separated, producing pure rubber granules of 2-26 mesh fineness. For finer rubber powder (30-120 mesh), the rubber powder grinding machine is required.

Use: Pulling out the wire loops from the mouth of waste tires.
Tire Cutter QDJ-1200
Use: Cut the whole waste tires into small parts.
Whole Tire Shredding Machine ZPS-900, 1200
Use: Directly crushes tires smaller than 1200mm. At general temperature, can be put directly crushed into 50×50mm blocks for subsequent grinding into 10-30 mesh or wire and fiber separation.
Double Rolls Rubber Crusher XKP-400/450/560/610
Use: Mainly used for cracking large rubber blocks into 2-26 mesh small rubber granules.
