Product Overview

The conveyor belt vulcanizing unit is suitable for vulcanizing ordinary rubber conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts, PVG conveyor belts, wire rope conveyor belts and other fabric core parallel tapes. The main machine features a frame structure with hot plates and plungers made of high-quality materials that are precisely processed for durability and corrosion resistance.

Using PLC control, the vulcanization process can realize multi-program automatic control with automatic temperature detection and adjustment. This advanced control system improves the conveyor belt vulcanization unit's performance, reduces labor intensity, and enhances production efficiency.
