High Optical Sorting Systems Waste Tire Recycling Machine Line
Customizable Optical Sorting System
Our waste tire recycling machine line features a highly customizable optical sorting system designed for maximum efficiency and material recovery.
- Ejectors and Diverters: Customizable with various types of ejectors including air jets, mechanical arms, or conveyor diverters to separate identified materials into designated collection bins or downstream processing units.
- Conveyor and Feeding Systems: Integrated with customized conveyor and feeding systems featuring adjustable speeds, vibratory feeders, and pneumatic systems for precise material flow control.
- Color Sorting Capability: Optical systems identify and sort tires by color, enabling separation of black, white, or colored sidewall tires for specific recycling requirements or alternative uses like rubber mulch and playground surfaces.
- Contaminant Removal: Advanced identification and removal of contaminants from the waste tire stream, ensuring only clean and suitable tires proceed to recycling processes.
Processing Stages
- Tire Crushing and Grinding: Shredded tires undergo crushing and grinding processes to reduce rubber particle size, enhancing subsequent processing efficiency and ensuring finer rubber powder output.
- Fiber Separation: Specialized systems remove textile fibers (nylon, polyester) from rubber material, producing cleaner rubber powder.
- Fine Grinding and Powder Classification: Rubber material undergoes fine grinding using pulverizers or micronizers, followed by classification into different size fractions through screening or air classification systems.
Automation and Control
The production line incorporates a fully automatic control system that monitors and regulates all processes, ensuring efficient operation, optimal performance, and adjustable parameters as needed.
Automated material handling and sorting systems include conveyor systems with sensors and actuators for transporting tires to different processing units, combined with optical sorting for automatic identification and separation based on tire characteristics.
