Precast Tire Tread Vulcanizing Machine, Used Tire Retreading Tread Manufacturing Machine
The jaw structure is suitable for making waterstops and can also be configured as a multi-layer tread pre-vulcanizing forming machine for retread tire tread pre-vulcanization forming.

Equipment Construction
The equipment adopts a four-column double-unit structure. The main cylinder is manufactured from QT500-7 material, and the plunger is made of chilled alloy cast iron material. The maximum pressure resistance reaches 20Mpa, providing high strength and excellent wear resistance. The hydraulic system is controlled by motors.
