Manufacturing process
1. Laser punching: Using the high energy density of the laser, a tiny part of the bag material is instantly vaporized to form micropores. This method can accurately control the aperture and the distribution density of the holes, and can produce micropores with very small and uniform apertures, which is suitable for occasions with high requirements for air permeability and dust and water resistance.
2. Mechanical punching: Micropores are formed on the bag body by mechanical punching or drilling. This method has relatively low equipment cost, but the aperture and hole distribution accuracy may not be as good as laser punching. It is generally used in situations where the aperture requirements are not strict and the production scale is large.
