1. After each use, wipe the silicone/foam surface with a soft dry cloth to remove sweat and dust; avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the material.
2. For stubborn stains, clean the surface with a damp cloth dipped in mild soapy water, then air-dry completely before storage to prevent mold on the Velcro and foam parts.
3. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperature, which can cause the silicone/foam to harden, crack or fade.
4. Check the Velcro fasteners regularly for wear or loss of stickiness; replace the Velcro strips in time if they fail to fasten securely.
