This integrated rotational mold is independently manufactured by Sunmore Roto. The mold cavity features thickened carbon steel plate with precision internal polishing, matched with a full-surround all-welded heavy custom carbon steel frame and evenly distributed heavy-duty quick release lock clamps. The inner cavity forms vertical wave-shaped industrial plastic water storage tanks in one rotomolding process, with uniform internal heating delivering smooth tank surfaces and consistent wall thickness.
