Description
Custom Vertical Water Tank Rotational Mould
This heavy-duty cast steel rotational mold is independently designed and manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory, fully customized based on customers' product technical drawings. This vertical water tank rotomold is specially developed for mass production of hollow plastic vertical water storage tanks, agricultural water storage containers, domestic water towers and industrial liquid holding tanks.
Product Overview
The mold body adopts thickened high-density cast steel cavity with stable and balanced thermal conductivity. During rotomolding heating cycles, heat spreads evenly inside the cavity, ensuring consistent wall thickness of finished plastic vertical tanks and avoiding common defects including surface bubbles, cold lines, uneven wall thickness and sink marks.
An integrated heavy carbon steel lifting frame with standard lifting lugs is welded together with the mold cavity for easy overhead crane hoisting and installation on all shuttle rotomolding machines. Multiple groups of stainless steel quick release clamps are evenly arranged around the mold parting surface to realize fast locking before heating and rapid opening after cooling demoulding.
All inner and outer surfaces of the cast steel mold are treated with high-temperature resistant anti-rust coating, resisting long-term repeated high-temperature circulation inside heating ovens, not easy to oxidize or deform, and convenient for residual plastic cleaning after batch production.
