Large Heating Chamber CS-2A-3000 Shuttle Rotomolder, Heavy Duty Double Arm Rotational Molding Machine For Big Plastic Tanks is a heavy-duty shuttle rotomolding equipment independently developed and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding. It adopts mature double-arm shuttle circulation structure, equipped with ultra-large integrated sealed heating cabin, independent cooling station and two heavy-load mold rotating arms, specially designed for mass production of large hollow plastic products such as large plastic storage tanks, thick-wall plastic containers and oversized equipment housings.

The CS-2A-3000 shuttle rotomolder features super-large effective heating space, which can match oversized rotomolds that carousel machines cannot hold. Each rotating arm is equipped with high-torque heavy-duty drive system, with strong bearing capacity and stable rotation under full load. The heating cabin adopts full-surround high-density thermal insulation layer and optimized hot air circulating system, paired with intelligent split constant temperature PLC control system, uniform internal temperature, low temperature difference, stable molding quality for large thick-wall plastic parts. We support full customized upgrade services for arm load, heating power, air/water cooling mode, control program and overhead crane matching platform according to customer workshop layout and large tank production demands.
