YINGCHUANG High Efficiency Multi-Arm Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, PLC Automatic Rotational Molding Equipment For LLDPE Plastic Water Storage Tanks is high-efficiency ferry shuttle rotational molding equipment independently researched and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, specially developed for mass production of 1000L–50000L LLDPE vertical & horizontal plastic water tanks, chemical anti-corrosion containers and sewage treatment plastic tanks.
This multi-arm shuttle rotomolder adopts flexible multi-arm reciprocating shuttle circulation design, optional 2/3/4 reinforced alloy heavy-load bi-axial rotating arms, each equipped with independent high-torque bi-axial drive system to support ultra-heavy oversized water tank molds. Matched with extra-large fully insulated sealed heating cabin and industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, multiple arms shuttle alternately between heating chamber and cooling station simultaneously, realizing synchronous heating, cooling and demolding circulation without idle waiting downtime, greatly boosting daily output compared with single-arm and two-station models, realizing high-efficiency continuous mass production. Low-vibration full bi-axial rotation ensures uniform melting of thick LLDPE raw materials, effectively reducing surface defects including uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles on large plastic water tanks.
