YINGCHUANG 62KW Multi-Functional Fully Automatic Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, CE Certified Large Oven Rotational Molding Equipment For Plastic Buckets & Water Tanks is CE certified multi-purpose shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed by YINGCHUANG factory. Total heating power reaches 62KW, suitable for mixed mass production of industrial chemical plastic buckets, household vertical water tanks and industrial horizontal anti-corrosion LLDPE storage tanks.
This machine is equipped with large fully sealed insulated heating oven, matched with two groups of heavy alloy bi-axial rotating arms with independent high torque drive motors. Adopt reciprocating shuttle circulation structure and self-developed industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, realize unmanned automatic cycle of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement without idle downtime, greatly improve factory production efficiency. The whole heating system adopts 62KW stable power output, equipped with multi-channel circulating hot air uniform heating structure, full surrounding thick high-density thermal insulation cotton to reduce heat loss, tiny temperature difference inside oven, LLDPE raw materials melt evenly, effectively eliminate defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots, bubbles and surface color difference of plastic barrels and water tanks. The integral frame is welded by extra thick reinforced carbon steel with post-welding stress relief heat treatment, strong anti-deformation performance under long-term alternating light and heavy mold full load operation. The whole machine passes CE safety certification, all electrical and mechanical components comply with EU industrial safety standards. We support full customization of oven length, rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power and air/water dual cooling mode according to customer mixed production demands of plastic buckets and water tanks.
