Servo Motor Six Stations Blow Molding Machine is our top rank machine, which could produce bottles under 5 Liters with very high speed. Every 5 seconds could produce one piece of bottle. The output is equal to 3 sets of the normal double stations machine.
With the high production performance, the power consumption is very low, it is uses servo motor to open and close molds, the electricity is directly convert to the action, no need hydraulic power for this process.
Save mold cost is another feature, all six stations deflashing is done after bottle blowed, all the bottles will be deflashed by the deflashing device after conveyor.
This is the first rotary servo machine designed around the world. It is the fastest machine so far.
