3.High Speed Motor

Adopt motor of high-efficiency up to 95%, of which the speed can be controlled precisely. The motor is of minimum usable design, fast speed and air cooling type to achieve high efficiency. Air cooling is more reliable than water cooling type, because it provides easier maintenance and promises safer operation.



4. Inverter & PLC

Inverter

Adopt the international famous brand Japan YASKAWA inverter. The motor can be started up with a small current so as to cut down the investment on electricity and electric cable. Featured of low noise, high-efficiency, soft-start type and digital control efficiency no less than 96%, the inverter is stable and reliable in operation and can response to rapid load change very fast.


PLC

Adopt the programmable logic controller (PLC) of international famous brand, of which the automated solutions standard reaches the world level. The PLC can provide users various solutions from control to final connection to load. Different with MICOM, the PLC needn’t MCP. With single unit or multiple units communication realized by bus wire and center control system, the PLC can lower cost, improve control capability and safety level.
