Plastic Single+Multi Layer PVC+PP+PET Corrugated Roof Sheet Tile Panel Extruder is extrued with mold and surface is treated with hot-stamping machine directly in line or water transferring after extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of smooth and shining marble.

Green environmental protection, also recyclable.Safety, insulation, flame retardant, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, 5% acetic acid. 5% hydrochloric acid, no abnormal surface. Leave the flamefor five seconds and can self extinguish.This product adopts a processing two layer co-extrusion and resistance to chemical corrosion of products. The two different material given the each features of product. Smooth face and get together well. The new APVC anticorrosive composite wave tile solves the problems of durability, corrosion resistance, small rigid, the sense of space and aesthetic.

This line consists of single screw extruder, hanger-style flat die, size forming mould, high--efficiency, vacuum pump, hauling--off unit, pneumatic cutter and other auxiliary equipments.The corrugated sheet extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, corrugation forming machine.PVC glazed tile is a type of asbestos-free composited sheet, extruded based on PVC resin, co-extruded with ASA, PMMA engineering plastic.
