mainly used in the superheater, reheater, economizer serpentuator processing of large-capacity power plant boiler. This uses means of opening the upper die and lifting lower die. Angle control, pulse encoder; imported proportional valve controls the bending speed, boosting pressure; parameters can be controlled through the touch screen.

l Tube is separable from the lower die and the upper die during transporting tube.
l Bending moment:Meeting the tube of length 60m, weight 1000kg bending requirement.
l Bending force:Meeting minimum bending radius requirement
l Blank holder device need be installed when processing thin-wall serpentuator.
l Blank holder device should be reasonable in structure and equipped with automatic lubrication device.
l The position of boosting clamp should be adjustable; the chuck position had better close the starting of bending.
l Bending tube program should store 15 sets
l The main components adopt imported brands (proportional valve, servos, PLC, input interface), which are available at home.
l Equipped with Oil temperature control system, which could regulate the oil temperature to ensure that keep 25℃~50℃through electric heating system and water cooling system.
l Bending process could be automatic, but it could also stop if needed at any time; manual control is fit to single action.
