Damping Piston– Part Number 3115297100

The 3115297100 Damping Piston is the core shock absorption and impact power transmission component inside the percussion cylinder of Epiroc COP1838HD+ heavy-duty rock drifter. It reciprocates at high frequency under high-pressure hydraulic oil, transmits powerful impact energy to the drill shank, and simultaneously absorbs rebound vibration generated after each impact to protect the drifter’s rear valve and cylinder assembly.

Manufactured strictly according to Epiroc OEM drawing standards, this damping piston realizes direct plug-and-play replacement of original factory accessories. In harsh underground mine, tunnel and quarry construction environments with continuous high-frequency percussion, high hydraulic pressure and abrasive dust, it maintains stable impact output, effectively reduces overall vibration of the drifter, avoids abnormal wear of internal core components, and cuts unexpected downtime of your Epiroc COP1838HD+ rock drill.
