Full Threaded Forged Self Drilling Anchor Bolt System
Available in sizes R23, R32, R38, R51, T76 for ore mining, tunneling, and slope stabilization applications.
Product Overview
A high-strength anchor bolt system designed to transfer structural and geotechnical loads into stable rock formations. The complete system includes hollow threaded rod, drill bit, coupling, anchor plate, grouting stopper, and nut. Manufactured from high-strength seamless steel tube for exceptional load-bearing capacity and durability.
Key Features
- Compatible with standard Boomer, ROC, and Mustang drilling rigs
- Ideal for difficult or unstable ground conditions
- High installation efficiency - drilling, placing, and grouting in single operation
- Self-drilling system eliminates need for cased borehole
- Simultaneous drilling and grouting capability
- Easy installation in all directions, including upward drilling
- Suitable for limited space, low height, and hard-to-reach areas
- Simple post-grouting system
- Hot-dipped galvanized finish for corrosion protection

Installation Procedure
Step 1 - Drilling
Connect alloy drill bit to anchor rod end. Connect drill sleeve and shank adapter to other end, then attach to drilling rig. Start drilling while injecting cooling water. Use coupling sleeve to extend anchor rod length as needed.
Step 2 - Hole Preparation
Remove drill rig. Insert grouting stopper and push to bottom of hole. For excessive rock grouting tension or highly fractured rock, use anchor agent to seal the hole.
Step 3 - Grouting Connection
Connect quick grouting coupling to anchor rod end, and connect other end to grouting machine.
Step 4 - Grouting
Begin grouting and stop when grout fills completely and reaches design value. Grouting pressure determined by design parameters and machine performance.
Cement/Sand Ratio (reference): 1:0 to 1:1
Water/Cement Ratio (reference): 0.45:1 to 0.5:1
Step 5 - Final Fixing
Install anchor plate and tighten nuts to complete installation.
