The SP619 down-the-hole (DTH) drilling rig is a compact yet highly efficient unit engineered for versatility across multiple working environments. Designed especially for shallow, large-diameter holes, it performs reliably in geothermal exploration, foundation piling, small-scale quarrying, and utility pipeline projects. Supporting bore sizes from φ90 to φ400 mm, the SP619 maintains stability and speed in both soft and mixed ground conditions.

Powerful & Efficient Drive System:

Powered by a Yuchai or Cummins engine (optional), the SP619 ensures consistent output. Its 250 L sealed fuel tank offers long operating hours and reduces downtime for refueling.

Advanced Rotary & Feeding System:

The rotary head provides up to 13,000 N·m torque with a variable speed range of 0–80 rpm. The hydraulic feed stroke of 5,000 mm delivers a thrust of 18 kN, ensuring fast and reliable drilling penetration.

Compact Mobility for All Terrains:

Weighing only 6 tons, the SP619 features a crawler drive system that offers a travel speed of 0–2 km/h and can climb slopes up to 30°. With 700 mm ground clearance, it delivers excellent mobility on uneven terrain.

Broad Equipment Compatibility:

Supports both DTH hammer and auger drilling. The required air compressor range (15–50 m³/min, 1.0–2.4 MPa) ensures flexibility with various pneumatic systems.

Operator-Focused Control Layout:

The rear-mounted, centralized control panel enhances visibility and simplifies operation, promoting safe and efficient workflow in confined work areas.
