Product Description:

Semi-dome bits are designed for fast penetration rates in softer rock like shale and limestone with low silica content.

Drop Center bits will help drill straighter holes in less consolidated rock.

Flat Face bits are a general purpose bit that will perform in all rock conditions but should be used especially for hard or abrasive conditions like granite, basalt, and hard limestone. Flat face bits are the best choice for drilling in abrasive rock.

Bit Face Shape Introduction
Drop Center Face For high penetration rates in soft to medium hard and fissured rock formations,
Low to medium air pressures. Maximum hole deviation control.
Concave Face The all-round application bit face specifically for medium hard and homogeneous rock formations.
Good hole deviation control and good fishing capacity.
Convex Face For high penetration rates m soft to medium-hard with low to medium air pressures.
It is the most resistance to steel wash. And many reduce the load and wear on the gauge buttons.
But poor hole deviation control.
Double Gauge Face This kind face shape is suitable for fast penetration rates in medium to hard rock formations.
Designed for high air pressures and good resistance to steel wash step gauge bit.
Flat Face Bit This kind of face shape is suitable for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations in applications with high air pressure.
Good penetration rates are resistance to steel wash.
