Insulation Glass Wool Blanket with FSK Facing
Product Overview
This product is a glass wool blanket specially designed for light steel structure roof insulation, manufactured from high-quality glass through high-temperature melting, centrifugal spinning, and the application of a specialized thermosetting resin.
It features a composite FSK (Foil-Scrim-Kraft) facing, which provides excellent moisture resistance, mechanical reinforcement, and thermal reflectivity. It is specifically engineered for double-layer metal roof insulation systems.
The blanket can be customized in length according to project requirements, reducing on-site splicing and material waste while significantly improving installation efficiency.
Applications
- Roof insulation filling for light steel industrial plants and logistics warehouses (double-layer metal deck roofs)
- Roofing for exhibition centers, stadiums, airport terminals, and other public buildings
- Thermal insulation layers for steel structure villas and prefabricated houses
- Light steel building envelopes requiring fire resistance, thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and sound absorption
- Suitable for roof insulation systems in cold regions and hot summer/cold winter zones

Feature Advantages
- FSK Facing for Superior Moisture Resistance – Composite foil-scrim-kraft facing effectively blocks vapor transmission, prevents moisture and condensation, extending roof system service life
- Easy to Install – Low density, lightweight rolls, easy handling and installation
- Custom Lengths for High Efficiency – Length can be customized to minimize splicing and reduce material waste
- Low Thermal Conductivity – Fine, uniform fibers; thermal conductivity ≤ 0.040 W/(m·K); stable insulation performance
- Excellent Resilience & Uniform Density – Resists settling over time, maintaining effective insulation thickness
- Acoustic Absorption – Porous fiber structure effectively absorbs medium-to-high frequency noise, particularly reducing rain noise impact on metal roofs
